Overview
The pricing section allows you to request a discretionary pricing request for an application. You need to ensure you include all the data required for a discretionary pricing decision to be made.
Firstly, either create a new record by clicking on the Create Record button at the top right of the screen or select an existing record to begin.
ANZ Qualify Pricing Video
To make a request, select pricing in the ANZ Qualify services menu on the left.
If you have already added data elsewhere in ANZ Qualify it will auto-populate where applicable. Any further information that is required will need to be entered to complete a pricing request. Completed sections will have a green tick and incomplete sections will have a red cross.
Adding Information to a Section
To add information to a section, click the add button.
A side bar with blank fields will appear on the right of the screen.
Enter information into each mandatory field (fields with a red underline).
As you enter data in the side bar, you will notice it appear in the main record screen. Once a side bar's requirements are satisfied, a green tick will be shown next to the heading of the side bar and in the main record screen.
If there is a red cross next to the side bar heading, it indicates missing mandatory information. You can click on it for more information regarding the error.
You can close the side bar by clicking on the close button at the top right.
Update an Entry
An existing entry can be updated by hovering over the entry you wish to update to highlight it. Click on the highlighted entry to view the information and complete any missing information.
Delete or Clone (Copy) an Entry
To delete or clone an entry, click on the 3 dots on the far right of the row and select clone or delete from the pop-up menu.
Send the Pricing Request
To send the pricing request, all sections must be complete. When all sections are complete all the red crosses will turn to green ticks. You can then click on the “Calculate Pricing” button in the top right hand corner of the screen to send the request.
An ANZ loading screen will appear while your pricing request is processed. When complete, a screen with the Pricing outcome will be shown. This will either come back as Auto-Approved or Auto-Counter-Offer.

After completing your pricing request, you will receive an email from ANZ Pricing containing the Pricing approval.
· If it is for a new loan, submit the email received as a supporting document when you lodge your application.
· If it is for an existing ANZ loan, forward the pricing approval from your email along with the customer’s account details to HomeLoanInterestDiscounts@anz.com
