Overview
The LMI Qualifier Service allows you to check whether LMI is required on your Application and if it is, what the estimated premium may be.
To make an assessment, select LMI Qualifier in the ANZ Qualify Services menu on the left hand side.
If you have already added data elsewhere in ANZ Qualify you will find it auto-populated where applicable. Any further information that is required will need to be entered to complete a LMI Qualifier assessment. You will be able to identify complete Sections as they will have a green tick and incomplete Sections with a red cross.
Adding Information to a Section
To add information to a Section of LMI Qualifier, click the Add button.
A side bar with blank fields will appear on the right of the screen.
Enter information into each mandatory field (fields with a red underline).
As you enter data in the side bar, you will notice it appear in the main Record screen
Once a side bar's requirements are satisfied, a green tick will be shown next to the heading of the side bar and in the main Record screen
If there is a red cross next to the side bar heading, it indicates missing mandatory information. You can click on it for more information regarding the error.
You can close the side bar by clicking on the Close button at the top right.
Update an Entry in a Section
An existing Entry can be updated or edited by hovering over the Entry you wish to update to highlight it.
Click on the highlighted Entry to view the information that has been populated or entered and then complete the missing information.
You can close the side bar by clicking on the Close button at the top right.
Delete or Clone (Copy) an Entry
To delete or clone an entry, click on the 3 dots on the far right side of the Entry row and select Clone or Delete from the pop-up menu.
Calculate LMI
To Calculate if LMI is required on your Application, all Sections must be complete.
Click on the Calculate LMI button to run the Qualifier.
After clicking Calculate LMI, an ANZ loading screen will appear while the Qualifier runs.
When complete, a screen with the LMI outcome will be shown. It will tell you if LMI is applicable, an estimated premium as well as the LVR including & excluding LMI.
If you need to make changes to the information you have entered after running the LMI Qualifier, click the Edit Data button. You can then make changes to the data and re-run the LMI Qualifier. From here you can also download a PDF version and attach it as a supporting document to your application.
