After submitting a Pricing Request you will receive a response from ANZ Qualify. The response will either be:
System generated
Require rework; or
Automatically be referred for manual assessment.
If you are not satisfied with the result you can escalate a pricing request.
A new result will be generated immediately and after manual review the result will be updated.
