Brokers sometimes report an error whilst trying to log into ANZ Qualify. In most cases, this error is related to your cache or cookies. In this example we will be guiding you through the steps taken in the Chrome browser.
A) Clear Your Cache:
On your keyboard, press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE
Choose a time range, like last hour or all time.
Select the types of information you want to remove.
Click Clear Data.
B) Turn Off Third-Party Cookies:
Check your cookie settings through this URL (copy & paste): chrome://settings/content/cookies
Ensure that Block third-party cookies is off, like so:

C) Disable Pop-Up Blockers
Look at the address bar for an 'pop-up blocked' icon to the right
Click the icon and choose "Always allow" pop-ups from..."
